Life is to live.
We live like life is unending.
Life starts when one first breathes. Life ceases when one’s breath stops. The gap in between is the living.
Life starts the same way. Life stops the same way. One lives so differently from one another. All are in search of how to best live.
Life starts with insecurity, being sucked out from the warm secured womb. One cries for the first breath that one can grasp. And one has no choice except to start living.
We all search for happiness in life. We all live not totally happy life. Do we really know what the happiness in life is? We hear of course people talking about happiness.
But does anyone really have true happiness?
How can we get our life to live a bit closer to the moment of happiness?
How can we learn to live with the happy moment longer?

How can we get our life to live a bit closer to the moment of happiness?
How can we learn to live with the happy moment longer?
When is the happiest moment?
The feeling of being happy is when we feel like the time ceases, the world stops. It is the moment that we want to live forever there. It is the moment that we feel it is too short. It is the moment that our hearts warm. It is the moment that our mind is calm. It is the moment that we are with one thing that we really need.
When we look into the eyes of the one we love.
We can exchange through the eyes warmth, caring, love and trust.
Have we learned how to stop that moment?
We start thinking about house. We start thinking of having babies. We start thinking of earning more money. We start thinking of possession. We start thinking of ownership. We start having jealousy. We start not to trust. We start to feel insecure. We start to reduce our happiness. Can we learn how to cease the eagerness of wanting more than just pure happiness?
Happiness is absolute term in itself. You can’t increase the happiness. You cannot rank how happy you are in 1 to 10 for happiness. When you have it, you have it. When you want to change the quality of it, you lose it.
When we are hungry, the happiest moment is the first touch of the tongue to food. The feeling of saliva mixing with the food we eat, the feeling of teeth chewing food, the feeling of swallowing the food just makes you feel like the world is yours. The environment stops. Have we learned how to stop the moment? We start thinking of what to have for the next meal. We start thinking of how we will work. We start thinking of how to impress the other at the same table. We start thinking of how to move faster in our career. Think about it.
How many times in our life that we actually, really enjoy the food in front, from the start to finish. The first bite tastes great. We forget to taste the second bite. We put the third bite automatically into the mouth. We wipe the mouth clean automatically with napkin. We walk away thinking of what is ahead of us. Can we just stop and live with the happiness of eating for one time? Can we just surrender with the happy moment, not trying to make it better? It is already the best moment. Why do we want more happiness than the happiness that we already have in hand?
When we feel that we are recognized. We feel that we can fly. Life is so free. We feel the wind touching our body without any wind. We feel the world is ours. We feel in love with everyone around us. Life is so meaningful. Life is so wonderful. Life has no boundary. Then we start thinking what we will do next to get more recognition. We start thinking of having bigger room. We start thinking of having more money. We start thinking of achieving more. Have we ever learned how to stop? Have we ever learned to enjoy that moment of happiness?
When the first time your son come back from school with straight A’s. You see his happy face. You see his smile when he is handing over the paper to you. Yes! He is a real smart kid. He is gifted. He is talented. He will be a “someone” in the future. He will make a lot of money. He will be successful. He will be the president of the company. He can be the prime minister. Have you ever enjoyed that moment, a true moment in your mind with your son? Have you ever thought of letting him search himself for his own freedom? Or you start to put more chains on him. Are you doing it because you want to increase more of your happiness? Are you doing it to increase more of his happiness? Happiness is just there for you and him to enjoy.
We live life. We breathe life. But many times we forget that we are breathing. We inhale and we exhale without knowing the fresh air. Food is meant for eating, we never taste the real taste of food. Water is to be drunk; we never feel the coolness flowing down through our throat. We live life with something else. We never know when we will live.
But we live life like life will be so long. We live life like life will be eternal.
We live life like Life will go on. We live life without knowing that we live.
Happiness is in every moment.
Happiness is every day.
When it is gone, you cannot get it back. Sometimes it will come back again. You have to learn how to enjoy it. You have to learn how to respect the value and quality and quantity of it. You can’t change it.
You have to learn how to surrender to that moment of happiness.
